RULES OF ENGAGEMENT (ROE)  

Rule I: Leave the Armor at the Door

Directive: Authenticity Over Appearance Pretense, performance, and pride have no place here. We do not hide behind titles, achievements, or masks. To be healed, you must first allow yourself to be seen. True strength begins with the courage to drop your defenses and step into the light. 

Rule II: Radical Candor, Zero Condemnation Directive: Truth in Love We speak the unvarnished truth directly to one another because flattery kills, but we deliver it without a weaponized spirit. We aggressively confront passivity and sin, but we never condemn the man. We fight for our brothers, never against them.  

Rule III: Confession is Our Weapon 

Directive: Exposing the Dark Darkness loses its power the moment it is brought into the light. We do not manage our sin; we kill it through open, honest confession to God and to trustworthy brothers. Confession is not a sign of defeat; it is our primary offensive weapon to break chains and reclaim lost ground.  

Rule IV: No Passive Listeners 

Directive: Active Engagement This is not a spectator sport, and passivity is an immediate failure condition. Every man in this circle is expected to engage, speak, support, and carry the weight. If you are in the room, you are in the fight. We do not sit idly by while our brothers bleed or pull back into isolation.  

Rule V: The Bible is Our Final Authority. Period. 

Directive: The Ultimate Anchor Our opinions, culture's trends, and personal feelings do not dictate our direction. The Word of God is our absolute, non-negotiable standard for life, leadership, and manhood. When the Bible speaks, the debate ends, and our obedience begins.
